Scope

This policy applies only to customers located in the United States.

Defective Products Only

We want you to love your original watercolor feather or wildlife painting. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping).

How to Initiate a Return

• Email policy@shaynalarsen.art within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect and your order number.
• Once approved, we’ll send a prepaid return shipping label.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off with the carrier.
• After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue your refund within 5 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different piece, please place a new order once your refund has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items

• Change of mind or “fit” issues
• Items damaged after delivery
• Prints, gifts, or commissioned work
