In this painting, I used the soft, earthy tones of my hand-made Vail Pigment #1 to create a feather that feels both delicate and strong. The gentle transitions and subtle layering of colors bring out the feather's natural beauty, while the light brushstrokes and occasional splatters add a sense of movement and life. As I painted, I felt a deep sense of unity with nature, and I hope this piece inspires others to feel a similar sense of inner strength and harmony.
