“Barn Owl”

I created this painting using the subtle, earthy tones of my handmade Moab Pigment #1, allowing the feather to appear almost ethereal. The gentle transitions between orange and gray hues capture a natural elegance, while the soft layering and the delicate splatters provide a sense of movement and freedom. As I painted, I felt a sense of calm and assurance, knowing that each brushstroke added to the feather’s graceful dance across the canvas.
