In creating this painting, I chose muted earth tones—soft browns and gentle grays—to capture a sense of delicate beauty, blending and layering them with subtle brushstrokes. The feather’s edges are intentionally blurred, with gentle transitions and splatters that speak to the softness and impermanence of cherished moments. Through every drip and subtle shift in color, I aimed to create a piece that quietly honors the enduring warmth of past experiences and the gentle appreciation they leave behind.
