In this piece, I used hand-made pigment Marshall Fire #1 to create warm, earthy tones, alive with rich, organic depth. The gentle transition from the soft, creamy edges to the bold, delicate splatters reflects a seamless journey. My brushstrokes are intentionally fluid, allowing the feather's form to dance upward, revealing a quiet strength and a soft determination that feels like a whisper growing into a confident song.

This original watercolor is 5" x 10". The Saunders Waterford 300# paper is mounted on a wood panel. Finished with archival spray varnish and hand buffed with cold wax medium. Custom framed and ready to hang.
