In creating this piece, I chose a serene palette using hand-made pigment Rocky Mountain #6, lending an earthy and natural feel to the feathers. With gentle, deliberate brushstrokes, I allowed the soft edges and subtle transitions to breathe a sense of discovery into the piece. The light splatters and delicate drips add depth and guide the eye to the intricate layering of shapes, inviting viewers to see beauty in simplicity and detail.
