“Stellar's Jay”

In this painting, I chose a palette of deep blues and soft whites to create a feather that feels both delicate and strong. The gentle transitions and layering of watercolor bring out the feather's texture, while the splatters and drips add a sense of spontaneity and life. As I painted, I felt a connection to the simple beauty around us, reminding me of the small yet significant moments that shape our lives.
