In this piece, I let the feather unfold naturally with washes of soft black and delicate white, creating a gentle play of light and shadow. The pink and orange splatters at the base, with their playful drips and speckles, breathe life and warmth into the composition, suggesting motion and transformation. As I painted, I felt a sense of unfolding and revelation, hoping to inspire others to see their own journeys within the delicate balance of colors and form.

This original watercolor is 5" x 10". The Saunders Waterford 300# paper is mounted on a wood panel. Finished with archival spray varnish and hand buffed with cold wax medium. Custom framed and ready to hang.
