In my painting, I chose deep indigos and soft whites to create a feather that feels both delicate and strong, touching on themes of balance. The smooth transitions in the layered watercolor capture the quiet elegance of the feather, while the sharp edges bring a sense of focus and clarity. By adding subtle splatters and drips, I wanted to bring a sense of spontaneity and movement, encouraging viewers to reflect on their own inner guidance and the beauty found in simplicity.
