In this painting, I've woven the earthy, warm tones of my hand-made pigment, Rocky Mountain #7, into a delicate feather that feels both grounded and uplifting. The gentle transitions and soft layering allow each brushstroke to tell a story, with edges that dance between crisp and fading—like breath on a cool morning. I wanted to capture a sense of freedom and tranquility, hoping to remind you of the strength and renewal found in nature’s smallest wonders.
