In this painting, I used a palette of soft browns and grays to capture the delicate nature of the feather, contrasted with a vibrant blue for the eye. The gentle transitions and subtle layering highlight the feather's texture, while the splatters and drips suggest movement and life. As I painted, I wanted to encourage an intimate connection with the viewer, inviting them to reflect on the beauty and strength found in simple, everyday wonders.
