In this piece, I used soft, warm browns and deep blues to create a gentle transition, capturing the essence of a feather's elegance. Each brushstroke was deliberately layered to allow the colors to blend seamlessly, creating a sense of calm movement that reminds us of simple joys. As I painted, I felt a quiet assurance in the subtle drips and delicate edges, inviting serenity and a sense of new beginnings to anyone who gazes upon it.

This original watercolor is 5" x 10". The Saunders Waterford 300# paper is mounted on a wood panel. Finished with archival spray varnish and hand buffed with cold wax medium. Custom framed and ready to hang.
